Caroline Carr is the founder of Innovation Therapy. She is is qualified in many things and is an RN, Paramedic, Master NIS & EMMETT Practitioner. She also adores horses and provides equine therapy treatments.

Fiona Gregor

Fiona is a qualified Kinesologist and EMMETT Practitioner who has a passion for
helping people live and enjoy their life to full potential. Fiona has specialised in Kinesiology for children from newborn to teenagers and helping children and
families with a range of issues including sleeping, breast feeding, bed wetting, behavioural issues, and over stimulated nervous systems. Fiona is also available to help anyone who may need assistance in improving their quality of life, being stress release, pain, gut issues, migraines, decreased mobility and much more. Fiona’s treatments are gentle with no forceful manipulation, therefore is suitable for everyone form newborn babies to elderly!

Fiona is also a qualified physiokey practitioner. Physiokey is a bio adaptive impulse therapy device for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, and the improvement and restoration of function in optimal time. Physiokey stimulates self-regulation through biofeedback-controlled impulses. The effect on the nervous system and thus on the body’s own adjustment and regulatory process strengthens the body’s defence and shows the body a route to self-healing.
Fiona is currently undertaking further studies in the field of Lymphatics. At the end of the year Fiona will be your go to for all lymphatic issues including Manual Lymphatic Drainage and lymphatic garment fitting.

Jo Fawcett

Jo is a registered nurse who after over 20 years in the acute sector wanted to give patients more holistic care, so studied Neurological Integration (NIS), Emotional freedom techniques and Life Coaching. Jo has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves they can be by finding emotional blocks and working through them with her clients, using all the skills developed over her career. Jo also has a keen interest in gut health and the flow on effect of overall health.

Elizabeth Young

Elizabeth has 15 years of nursing experience largely in the area of critical care- encompassing coronary care and intensive care with an overlapping interest in the area of nursing education and supporting student nurses in their formative years. 

Elizabeth’s personal journey with chronic health conditions has led her on her own journey of discovering the benefits of natural therapies and holistic health care in the treatment and management of chronic and acute ailments.  

Elizabeth’s passion is in seeing clients experience their own health journey and relief from chronic and debilitating symptoms.  

Natural Therapy Consultant- Natural Therapy is the science of treating illness through natural means rather than through pharmaceuticals and invasive surgery. Natural Therapy is based on the assumption that the human body has the intrinsic ability to heal itself through its own innate vital energy. The aim of the natural therapist is to offer holistic treatments, and as such approaches the client as a whole person and not just as a bearer of symptoms.
